Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the collaboration of actors in handling the spread and the inhibiting factors in handling the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia.Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach, with a descriptive method. Data were obtained by studying literature, then analyzed by using interactive model data analysis. The areas studied are Gianyar Regency, Probolinggo City, and Padang City.The collaboration of actors in the Gianyar Regency involves the Indonesian Youth National Committee and the Youth Officers Unit to Fight Covid-19. The collaboration of actors in Probolinggo City involves the local government, academics, and the community. Meanwhile, the collaboration actors in Padang City involve academics, the public, the private sector, local government, and the mass media. And all can be said to go well. The collaboration of actors in the areas studied has been going well, although the actors involved are different.

Abstract

Memanfaatkan situs sejarah sebagai sumber belajar merupakan hal penting, sebab situs sejarah merupakan salah satu sumber sejarah yang dapat memberikan gambaran suatu peristiwa dengan lebih konkrit kepada mahasiswa. Lampung memiliki beberapa situs sejarah yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar dan situs-situs sejarah di Lampung memiliki kesesuaian antara materi yang terkandung dalam situs dengan materi perkuliahan yang ada pada kurikulum Program Studi Pendidiakn Sejarah FKIP Universitas Lampung. Salah satu prinsip dari pelaksanaan kurikulum juga ada yang mendukung dalam pelaksanaan pemanfaatan situs sejarah sebagai sumber belajar. Hal tersebut menjadi alasan mengapa keberadaan situs sejarah di Lampung perlu untuk diteliti sejauh mana tingkat efektifitasnya sebagai sumber belajar. Penelitian ini mengambil tiga rumusan masalah yang tujuan akhirnya adalah untuk menilai sejauh mana efektifitas pemanfaatan situs sejarah di   Lampung sebagai sumber belajar dalam mata kuliah Sejarah Indonessia pada masa Prasejarah pada mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah. Informan adalah dosen pendidikan Sejarah dan mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis interaktif.

Abstract

The breakthrough to achieve justice in the political field is the implementation of an affirmative action system, which is a system used globally to enable women to play their role, especially in the world of politics. The purpose of this research is to find out, analyze and explain what factors influence women's representation in the West Tulang Bawang Regency DPRD election results in 2019 and to find out, analyze and explain strategies for increasing women's representation in PDIP, Nasdem Party and Gerindra Party. As for those who became respondents in this study amounted to 7 people. The results of this research are 1) The factors that influence women's representation in the Legislative Election DPRD Tulang Bawang Barat Regency are 3 (three), namely political education, political communication and political culture and the most dominant factor influencing is "patriarchal culture" with the conclusion explanation as follows: The following: 1) Political education: political education efforts for legislative candidates, especially women, are not effectively implemented, this is due to time constraints and the reluctance of women legislative candidates to access and deepen knowledge about the world of politics, b) Political communication: political communication efforts the majority of legislative candidates only rely on the media mix and are less effective in direct political communication or interpersonal communication such as open campaigns or door to door. c) Political culture: patriarchal culture is still cultured, namely a culture that places women in a position that is always under men, is considered to have duties and responsibilities in domestic management of the household, namely kitchens, wells and mattresses. And 2) The strategy to increase women's representation in PDIP, Nasdem Party and Gerindra Party is carried out in 3 (three) ways, namely a) Increasing political education, b) Increasing political marketing and c) Increasing women's political participation.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengurai kapasitas komunitas melalui variabel karakteristik komunitas, level agen sosial yang terlibat, fungsi-fungsi yang dijalankan, strategi yang digunakan, kondisi yang mempengaruhi komunitas dan berbagai macam dampak/luaran lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, keadaan lingkungan awal terbentuknya komunitas Satgas PATBM memiki rasa kebersamaan dan komitmen untuk bekerja bersama yang cukup tinggi. Namun, kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan mengakses berbagai sumberdaya yang ada di sekitar lingkungan dapat dikatakan belum maksimal. Hal ini dikonfirmasi dengan berbagai macam kelemahan/kekurangan yang dirasakan para anggota Satgas, yaitu kurangnya sumber daya finansial dan dukungan aparat Pekon setempat. Sejauh ini, strategi kepemimpinan dapat dikatakan efektif untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunitas. Didukung oleh lingkungan cenderung tidak cepat berbubah, maka secara positif memberikan dampak kohesi sosial di masyarakat dan satgas itu sendiri. Secara umum, dampak dari kapasitas komunitas Satgas PATBM yang secara signifikan dirasakan oleh masyarakat adalah adanya peningkatan pelayanan sosial -yaitu perlindungan anak, yang lebih baik.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the most common forms of domestic violence experienced are physical, sexual, psychological and economic neglect. As a result, it can cause physical and psychological injuries. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the victim's recovery in order to strengthen the victim to be more empowered, both physically and psychologically. This article aims to describe and analyze the recovery implementation for domestic violence victims in Indonesia using the literature review method. The recovery implementation of domestic violence victims is carried out by building communication between relevant stakeholders so that cooperation is established in providing services to victims of domestic violence in accordance with their respective duties and responsibilities. The participation of external parties such as NGOs or women's organizations can assist in providing protection and assistance so that victims can still benefit from the policy even though there are still limitations from the government. The benefits of counseling services can help victims to grow confidence in living life. Empowerment through training can provide provisions for a more independent life. Obstacles faced by the government include: limited budget for handling cases of violence, especially violence against women; the number of assistants and counselors in some areas is still lacking; many room of special service facilities are inadequate and the distribution of safe houses is not evenly distributed in each area.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Organisational Culture and Competence of Teacher Performance at Senior High School number 13 Palembang. This Research was done during 3 (three) months included designing, executing and reporting the result. The experiment was conducted at Senior High School number 13 Palembang. In this study population was 70 people consisting of 30 people as a sample test and 40 people as a sample. Sampling in this study uses a census sampling technique that is sampling from a population as a whole. From the data-processing result know that the regression coefficient for variable of Leadership Style (X1) is equal to 0,304 with a significant level equal to 5%, regression coefficient for variable of Organisational Culture (X2) equal to 0,269 with a significant level equal to 5%, regression coefficient for variable of Competence (X3) equal to 0,422 with a significant level equal to 5%. From the research result known that the correlation coefficient for variable of Leadership Style (X1) with Teacher Performance (Y) is equal to 0,304 with a significant level equal to 5%, correlation coefficient for variable of Organisational Culture (X2) is equal to 0,269 with significant level to 5%. The correlation coefficient for variable Competence (X3) is equal to 0,422 with a significant level equal to 5%, while the value of correlation coefficient (R) is equal to 0,626 or 62,6% meaning to have a very strong relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable, also known that determination coefficient (R2) equal to 0,757 This value can be interpreted that level of influence percentage among variable of Leadership Style, Organisational Culture and Competence together to Teacher Performance is 75,70%. Equally the effective contribution of Leadership Style, Organisational Culture and Competence with Teacher Performance at Senior High School number 13 Palembang is equal to 75,70% while the rest 24,60% influenced by another variable which is not packed into this research. The implementation of this research is to suggest the Manager at Senior High School number 13 Palembang to improve continuously Leadership Style,  Organisational Culture and Competence so that wittingly themselves together always try to utilize to reach the target which have been specified (Teacher Performance).

Abstract

The E-Kinerja Information System (SIEKIN) was created to store civil servant information, simplify the process of creating and setting Employee Work Targets (SKP), assessing work behavior, and creating reports automatically. This research aims to analyze and describe the evaluation of the implementation of the E-Kinerja Information System (SIEKIN) and Performance Assessment of Civil Servants (Pns) at the East Lampung Regency Education and Culture Service. Qualitative research methods using a descriptive approach were used in this research. Primary data was collected using data collection techniques in the form of interviews with informants and observations at the research location. Meanwhile secondary data is obtained through documentation. The results of the research were measured using policy evaluation indicators according to William Dunn, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity and responsiveness. In terms of effectiveness indicators, the implementation of SIEKIN is going well with the SIEKIN objectives being achieved. Efficiency indicators have a big impact on the speed of reporting completion. The adequacy indicator was not achieved due to the lack of supporting capacity such as difficult internet access. The indicator of equal distribution has not been achieved because there are still civil servants who are not yet able to operate the SIEKIN application. The responsiveness indicator has gone well because there are many civil servants who make their work easy.
